About Dunstone

Founded in 1958 by a UC Berkley engineer, Dunstone's core business today, heat shrinkable polyester tape, remains the same one that helped establish the company as an innovative producer of tapes and films for emerging high-tech applications.

Today

Dunstone's corporate headquarters are in Charlotte, NC, where the company manufactures and distributes its products globally. The company also designs and builds its own production equipment which gives the firm flexibility and responsiveness when responding to customer needs. Dunstone's Hi-Shrink Tape product offering includes polyester or mylar, polyimide, and fluoropolymer heat-shrinkable tapes for various temperature requirements.  We've recently added a new line of Hi-Shrink FEP Tubing, made from the high temperature release film FEP along with disposable vessels made from FEP and PFA.  Outside of the standard product offering, we are able to customize shrink percentages, roll lengths, and put up sizes to suit most customer's needs.
