Starting as an operator, Joshua demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for engineering and problem-solving, which led to a steady progression through the ranks. Today, as a Sales Engineer, he specializes in technical sales and resolving composite consolidation challenges for clients. During Joshua’s tenure at Dunstone, he has pursued studies in physics and electrical engineering, adding practical expertise and expanding passions for problem-solving. Prior to Dunstone, Joshua honed his technical skills as a machinist apprentice for four years, gaining hands-on experience that has been invaluable throughout his career. Outside of work, Joshua is a dedicated husband and father to two wonderful daughters. In his free time, he enjoys collecting board games — a hobby that reflects his love for strategy and intricate challenges.
