Tedlar® Replacement Films & Tapes
Dunstone Tedlar® replacement products can be used in various applications in the aerospace, advanced composites, and printing industries. These products can replace Tedlar® films and tapes that can be difficult to find due to the lack of supply. Dunstone's Tedlar® replacement products can be used as release films or compressive film overwraps in various applications.

Product Elements
200HT: Non Shrink ETFE based film
- .002” thick Fluoropolymer release film
- Higher temperature performance than Tedlar®
- Excellent elongation characteristics
- Can be used as a release film for wrapping composite tooling
- Commonly used as an intermediate de-bulking wrap where ply compaction is required between prepreg layers
- Recommended for use at temperatures up to 450°F/230°F
212HT: 12% shrink version of the 200HT ETFE based film
- Provides high temperature stability and excellent release characteristics
- Releasable, compressive overwrap film
- Will shrink and provide more compressive force on the underlying part than Tedlar®
- Approved for use in various aerospace applications
- 12% shrink ratio allows it to apply low to moderate compressive force
- Recommended for use at temperatures up to 450°F/230°F
