Defense and Aerospace:
Manufacturers use Hi-Shrink Tape in the construction of missile nose cones, composite periscope parts in submarines, and composite parts in the B-1 Bomber.

Electrical Motor Manufacturing:
Hi-Shrink Tape is used with transformer windings to hold tap coil leads and insulation in place during motor rewind, as the outer wrap for field and form wound coils, and as the outer wrap over resin banding tape during cure.

Advanced Composite Materials:
Composite billiard cues, filament-wound fishing rods, and composite racing motorcycle parts all take advantage of Hi-Shrink Tape's strength and compressive force capabilities.
